Privacy

Adult accounts only. The engine runs on materials, sizes, and tools. It does not need a child's name, face, or school record.

Who is responsible

MacheMinds is the controller for adult accounts created on this site. A school that later uses the studio for a class may be the controller for classroom work, with MacheMinds acting on the school's instructions. The registered address is confirmed in the company records before a school pilot. Until then, send a request with the form on this page.

What we store

An adult name, email, password hash or Google account link, language, projects, material lists, validation runs, outcomes, and consent notes. We do not ask for a date of birth, a pupil name, or a face.

Why

The account exists so you can save a project and run the check. That is the service you asked for. We do not send newsletters, and we do not run advertising or analytics cookies.

How the check was built

Real trials, image analysis, and reports from the people who built the pieces shaped the decision model. It is there to cut mistakes and risk. Project text stays on this server for the check. Do not type a child's name.

Cookies

The sign-in cookie and the language cookie are needed to run the site. There is no analytics cookie and nothing is pre-ticked.

How long

Projects stay while the account is active. When you erase the account, projects, outcomes, and runs are removed. A short audit note that an erasure happened is kept, without the project text. Open privacy requests are kept so we can answer them.

Your requests

You can export or erase the account from the studio. You can also ask for access, correction, restriction, objection, or a copy. We aim to answer within 30 days. You can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Limits

This page is the working notice for the studio. It is not a finished DPIA and it is not legal advice. An ACCEPT result is not a safety certificate.

Sign-in, the chatbot, and where it is stored

Sign in with an email and password stored on this server, or with Google. From Google we receive your name, your email address, and your profile picture. We store the name and the email. We do not store the profile picture. Messages you type to MacheBot, and project text you choose to send for a concept, are processed by Google Gemini. Do not include a child's name. Account data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union (Netherlands, europe-west4). Cookies are only for the sign-in session and your language. There is no analytics cookie. You can delete the account from the studio, or write to info@mache-minds.nl and ask us to delete it.
