Terms of use

These terms cover the MacheMinds website at https://mache-minds.nl. They apply to the adult account and the studio. The privacy notice is on the privacy page.

Who can use it

The studio is for adults. There is no child account. The adult who signs in stays responsible for the materials and for anyone in the room.

The account

You can sign in with an email and password stored on this server, or with Google. From Google we receive your name, your email address, and your profile picture. We store the name and the email. We do not store the profile picture.

The chatbot

Messages you type to MacheBot, and project text you choose to send for a concept, are processed by Google Gemini. Do not include a child's name, school, or photo. A reply is not a safety approval.

Where data is kept

Account data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union (Netherlands, europe-west4).

Cookies

Cookies are only for the sign-in session and your language. There is no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie.

Deletion

You can delete the account from the studio. That removes the profiles, projects, runs, and outcomes tied to it. You can also write to info@mache-minds.nl and ask us to delete it.

What the check is not

ACCEPT is not a toy-safety certificate, not an EN 71 verdict, and not a structural rating. An adult still decides whether a build goes ahead.

Check the edge.Paint on a smooth bottle needs a wash, a dry, and a scrap test.Fold or tape every wire end before children handle the piece.A wall piece needs a named fastener.
